Job Responsibilities: 

• Working harmoniously as a member of a team

• Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety)

• Operate various hand tools, power tools, and equipment

• Erect and dismantle concrete forms

• Tie rebar

• Pour concrete on top of a silo using a buggy

• Assist foreman with job-related tasks

• Assist loading and unloading of transport trailers with supplies, equipment, and construction materials

• Assist heavy equipment operators

• Wear appropriate PPE at all times

• Physically capable of handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• These roles may require some travel within the province- Jobs can take place 2+ hours away from our shop. If travel is required and overnight stay is needed, we cover lodging costs and give our employees a per diem. Travel time from shop to job sites is paid.
