Calvin SchmidtCalvin Schmidt began his silo building career as a summer student in 1964. After returning to high school and university each fall, he started his own business in 1968. Calvin has a passion for innovation, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from to customize a project to suit a customers needs, even if it has never been done before. |

Randy LangeRandy Lange has been a very valuable team leader for 30 years. As senior site supervisor, he sees each individual project from conception to completion. |

Joel GingerichJoel Gingerich began his career 15 years ago as a summer student. He is also a site supervisor and in charge of the company’s safety program and training as well as personnel. Joel has been vice president for several years and will be heading operations in 2009. |
